Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes of payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayNow, GrabPay, and other methods shown at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, they enter processing and cannot be changed. Email orders@smartnsave.com immediately if you need to make changes.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the "Discount code" field at checkout and click Apply. Only one code can be used per order. Try WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order!

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Singapore takes 2–4 business days. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days. International orders take 7–14 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Standard shipping is FREE on all Singapore orders over SGD $50. Orders below SGD $50 have a flat SGD $6.00 shipping fee.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Use our Track Order page to follow your shipment in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to 27 countries including Australia, UK, USA, Malaysia, Japan, and more. International standard shipping is SGD $10.00. See our Shipping Policy for the full list of countries.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email returns@smartnsave.com to start a return.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Do products come with a warranty?

Yes — all SmartNSave products include a minimum 1-year local warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page. For warranty claims, email warranty@smartnsave.com.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Contact us at hello@smartnsave.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately.

Are your products genuine?

Absolutely. Every product sold by SmartNSave is 100% authentic and sourced directly from verified, authorised suppliers.

Do you price match?

We continuously monitor prices to ensure we're offering the best deals in Singapore. If you find a lower price on an identical product from a verified Singapore retailer, email us and we'll do our best to match it.

Can I request a product not listed on the site?

Yes! Email hello@smartnsave.com with the product details and we'll check if we can source it for you.
