Singapore Delivery

Standard shipping fee is SGD $3.90 for orders below $50.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Not happy with your purchase? We've got you covered. Return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) required
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
- Products with removed or tampered serial numbers
- Digital products or software licenses
How to Return
- Email returns@smartnsave.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely and drop it at any SingPost outlet
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@smartnsave.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
